Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Basicworkshop, online Basic workshop, Initial reversal program ,Progressive Reversal Program , Radical Reversal program, Detox Residential program ,Detox program and APP Subscription.

If cancellation is appealed for 3 days prior, full amount will be refunded.

If payment is done if there is no event, payment will not be refunded but carried forward to the next program.

For Initial reversal program

If cancellation is done 3 days before last date of Initial Reversal Program booking 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.If cancellation is done after the last date of Initial reversal program but within a month of start of the program 50% charges will be deducted from the total amount paid. After one month completion of program payment will not be refundable.

For Progressive Reversal Program

If cancellation is done 3 days before last date of Progressive Reversal Program booking 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.If cancellation is done after the last date of progressive reversal program but within a month of start of the program 50% charges will be deducted from the total amount paid.After one month completion of program payment will not be refundable.

For Radical Reversal Program

If cancellation is done 3 days before last date of Radical Reversal Program booking 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.If cancellation is done after the last date of Radical Reversal program but within a month of start of the program 50% charges will be deducted from the total amount paid.After one month completion of program payment will not be refundable.

For Basic workshop Event and online Basic workshop (Webinar)

If payment is done there is no event, payment will not be refunded but carried forward to the next event or workshop.

Detox program –

If the total payment done for the detox course, but due to any given reason the user is not being able to avail the sittings than the sittings will be carried forward up to 6 months from the date of the payment. The payment amount will be not refundable.

For Android APP Subscription

Once payment done, can not be refunded but carried forward to the next month

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

For Detox Residential Program

We believe in providing the best service and treatment for our patients, hence we work on the amount of people joining in for DRP well in advance and make all the arrangements once the patient books him/her for the DRP.

Keeping the fact in mind that there can be cancellations or postponement at any given point of time, we have mentioned the cancellation category accordingly and we have kept certain charges and refunds on your cancellation.

The days and the amount chargeable and refundable for the cancellation as below :

  • If the cancellation is done 3 or less than three days, then a 100% amount will be charged and no refund will be processed but carried forward to the next DRP program

  • If the cancellation is done 10 days prior to the DRP date, we charge 70% of the amount paid and 30% of the amount will be refunded

  • If the cancellation is done 20 days prior to the DRP date, we charge 40% of the amount paid and 60% of the amount will be refunded.

  • If cancellation is done 30 days prior to the DRP date, we charge 20% of the amount paid and 80% of the amount will be refunded.

The terms and conditions of postponing your DRP date is as below :

  • If the Participant wish to postponed within or less than 3 days of DRP, we charge 50% of the amount paid.The patient will have to pay 50 % for the next DRP booking of total Amount and up to six months validity

  • If the Participant wish to postponed10 days prior to the DRP date, we charge 40 % of the amount paid.The patient will have to pay 50 % for the next DRP booking of total Amount and up to six months validity.

  • If the Participant wish to Postponed 20 days prior to the DRP date, we charge 30% of the amount paid. The patient will have to pay 60 %for the next DRP booking of total Amount and up to 6 months Validity.

  • If the Participant wish to Postponed 30 days prior to the DRP date, you can Carried forward DRP up to 6 months validity.
